Blueberry Bread

My sister Gabi loves to make Banana bread, but I'm a bit allergic to bananas, so I wanted to find an alternative. I looked online for a few different recipes, and found one that is super easy to prepare, then changed one or two components for blueberries. I also made it as easy as possible, since I'm quite the novice baker. I'm definitely going to run this by my friend Maya (hi Maya :D) because she's basically a super baker and will definitely have feedback from me. Aside from that, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and quickly this all came together! The bread is soft and fluffy, not to crumbly, and has a consistency close to a muffin! It's also just the right amount of involvement that I enjoy when being in the kitchen, so I can make it in the morning while waking up, and I won't get overwhelmed. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I enjoyed making it. It's easy enough that I may try to make it more frequently!

30 minutes to prepare, 1 to 2 hours total, makes about 8 to 10 bread-sized slices.

Made this on 02-26-26 in the morning on a complete whim. I just wanted a tasty treat and took a little time to make something with what I had in the kitchen. I can't remember the last time I baked something, and I really enjoyed the proces. Enjoy the images, and if you make it, I hope you have a tasty time!
