This is a recipe given to my by my grandmother, I haven't made it yet, so there's no picture available.
It's a classic mushroom soup that she's made for me a few times, and currently my favorite soup of all time.
1 Hour to prepare, makes about 4 servings.

Steps
Saute the onions in 2 Tbs. butter, salt lightly.
A few minutes later, add mushrooms, dill, stock/water, tamari, and paprika.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Melt remaiing butter in large saucepan.
Whisk in flour and cook, whisking for a few minutes.
Add Milk.
Cook, stirring frequently, over low heat for about 10 minutes until thick.
Stir in mushroom mixture and remaining stock.
Cover and Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Just before serving add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and if desired, sour cream and extra dill.
Garnish with Parsely.
